You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs:
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning non-faulty items. However, if a product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, VéloForms ApS will cover the return shipping costs.

You must retain the receipt or proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed by VéloForms ApS.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (e.g. scratched, bent, or otherwise damaged) will not be refunded. If an item has been used, an individual assessment will be made to determine whether it can be resold.
