What information we collect When you visit our webshop, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect:

Payment

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Stripe processes your payment data securely and encrypts all information. VéloForms does not have access to your full card details. Stripe acts as a data processor on our behalf. 

Delivery

To deliver your order, we share only necessary details (name, address, email, and phone number) with our delivery partners, such as DAO, PostNord, or GLS.

Analytics

We use Independent Analytics, which runs on our own EU-based server. This helps us understand how our website is used and improve it over time. No data is shared with any third party outside the EU.

Marketing and newsletters
If you’ve given consent, we may send you newsletters and promotional offers via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each email. We also use Facebook Pixel and Google Ads for advertising and remarketing. These tools use cookies to show you relevant ads — only if you have consented via our cookie banner (CookieYes).
